You might want to check out pulse pumps or metering pumps to inject chlorine into your system as it's filled. Once treated water should be stable for along time. Stored water will go "flat" in storage and taste can be improved by pouring it back and forth between glasses to add some air back into it...

I’d probably get a pair of SKS’s just because I’ve always wanted to mount a pair in tandem with 75rd drums and a crank. I know, I don’t have much of an imagination, lol. Cool that you got your curio though. I suspect with some looking I’d find some pretty cool old guns. I’m just not to familiar with...

Alaskan MK-II Chainsaw Mill
We’re doing some work and building a few things around our training grounds using Eastern Red Cedar. Over Memorial Day weekend I had the chance to use a Yo Yo Reel. For those who are unfamiliar with these little gadgets, they are lightweight little spring wound reels. Here’s an example of one style of cable snare I carry. These are 1/16 SS cable with non relaxing micro locks. For the pic I have used a shiny new one to be able to see it better. DIY Micarta w/pics
So I decided to try my hand at micarta or jeancarta scales for my kukri. Here’s how it went. Found some brown and green jeans at a second hand shop and cut into strips. http://i1062.photobucket.com/albums/t483/Blackthorn-USA/Micarta/Blackthorn-USAMicartaA.jpg http://i1062.photobucket.com/albums/t483...
